02025 Personal Annual Report

Communications

In 02025 I paid (16,490) ISK around ($130) USD for my phone and occational data plan. My provider gives me 100MB a month free. When various background push notifications tipped that, I was billed for the 5GB package 5 times. This usually happened on the last few days of the month, so we fixed the plan to not expand if we maxed out.

Entertainment

In 02025 I saw a total of (2) movie in the theatre (Dog Man and A Minecraft Movie), read or listened to (0) book and added (12) articles in Instapaper.

There are still (836) unread articles in Instapaper. We used to get through that list over the holiday season or while travelling, but that freetime has disappeared.

I am subscribed to Apple TV+, Netflix and Disney+ and consume random movies and TV shows through these and other free services.

Travel

I spent (655) minutes in the air.

We took one vacation to Tenerife.

Audio

In 02019, we joined Apple Music and have been mostly streaming music or downloading it only to the phone or smart speaker. There is less overview of what is 'owned' and what is 'accessible'.

In 02025, I huffduffed (1) audio file into a podcast. We are behind on so many of the other podcasts that we subscribe too!

Photos

At the Start of 02025, my Photo library had (29,624) images. At the start of 02025 there were (31,365) images in my library, for a change of (1,741) images.

Files

The file server consists of one 4TB HD (a mirrorred backup) and 4TB Time Machine HD. At the end of 02025, the 4TB file server currently has (2,172,264) files and takes 3.05 TB of space.

Helped XXXX with a prototype for meetings to get sold to 1 of 3 publically traded customers. (Didn't happen in 02025)
Worked with Worldmapper on an AR/VR expereince for the Apple Vision Pro.
