02023 Personal Annual Report

Communications

In 02023 I topped-up my mobile phone (0) times this year which cost us nothing, but for a few months subscribed to a data plan. With a few important projects launching this summer, it was important to stay updated even when away from Home/Work WiFi. That in total costs around (145) USD over seven months.

Entertainment

In 02023 I saw a total of (2) movie in the theatre (Dungeons and Dragons & Super Mario Brothers), read or listened to (0) book and added (61) articles in Instapaper.

There are still (785) unread articles in Instapaper. We used to get through that list over the holiday season or while travelling, but that freetime has disappeared.

We have subscriptions for Apple TV+, Netflix and Disney+ and consume random movies and TV shows through these services.

Travel

(1556) minutes were spent in the air.

We took one work trips to San Francisco and Burbank.

Audio

In 02019, we joined Apple Music and have been mostly streaming music or downloading it only to the phone or smart speaker. There is less overview of what is 'owned' and what is 'accessible'.

In 02023, I huffduffed (0) audio files into a podcast. We are behind on so many of the other podcasts that we subscribe too!

Photos

At the Start of 02023, my Photo library had (25035) images. At the start of 02024 there were (26838) images in my library, for a change of (1803) images. This is due to the iPhone snaps and two experimental iOS camera apps we've been developing.

There are several things in life that give us pleasure which are not necessarily good for us.

Had Walt's Chilli at the Disney Office Cafeteria.
